All products are made to order, which means each print is custom-produced once your payment is confirmed.

3. Orders and Payments

• All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.

• Payment is processed securely through Stripe, our trusted payment partner.

• Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received.

• Once an order is placed, production begins immediately; cancellations or modifications may not be possible after this stage.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

• Delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping method.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information.

5. Returns and Refunds

Because each item is custom-made, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@wallprintspro.com, and include photos of the issue.

Refunds or replacements will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, text, and images on our website are the property of WallPrintsPro and may not be copied or used without permission.
Customers must ensure they have the right to use any images or designs they submit for printing.

7. Limitation of Liability

WallPrintsPro is not responsible for:

• Printing errors caused by low-quality images provided by the customer.

• Color variations due to different screen displays.

• Delays caused by third-party services (e.g., shipping companies).

In no event shall WallPrintsPro be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, available on our website. Payment information is securely processed through Stripe, and we never store your full card details.
