1. Order Processing

All our wall prints are made to order. Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we begin printing within 24 hours.
You will receive an email confirmation and tracking number once your order has been shipped.

2. Delivery Times

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible:

• Canada: 2–3 business days after shipping

• International: 4–5 business days after shipping

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, customs clearance, and courier services.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping option. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions within Canada or to selected countries.

4. International Shipping

We ship worldwide using trusted courier partners. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
We provide full tracking information for all international shipments.

5. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact@wallprintspro.com with your order number.
We will work directly with the courier to resolve any shipping issues or arrange a replacement if the package is confirmed lost.

6. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund under our 30-day free return policy.
