At WallPrintsPro, we want every customer to love their wall art. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a free return within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may return your item within 30 days of delivery if:

• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• You are not fully satisfied with the print quality or product condition.

• The product is in its original condition and packaging.

Customized or personalized items are also eligible for return under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

3. How to Request a Return

• Your order number

• A short explanation of the issue

• Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

• You will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

• Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund if preferred.

All payments are securely processed through Stripe for your protection.
